At North Eastern Water Jet we are able to provide your company the best laser cutting services for small volume, large volume, or rapid prototyping projects. Our Trumpf laser cutting systems are 2-axis configurations capable of cutting high temperature alloys, aluminum, stainless steel, and various steel alloys. We use cutting beds that allow for multiple material cutting as well as tube and pipe cutting. Areas up to 160" by 80" may be cut. Thicknesses range from .015" to 1" for steel, from .015" to 1" for stainless steel and alloys, and from .020" to 3/4" for aluminum. Dimensional tolerances can be as precise as ±.001".
