North Eastern Waterjet is capable of providing efficient and competitive abrasive waterjet and laser cutting for practically any material and design.

Using abrasive waterjets, North Eastern is able to comply with a wide variety of accurate cutting demands. These CNC controlled machines can move in any X Y axis enabling them to execute complex programs.

Utilizing CAD CAM drawing abilities we are able to recreate exact designs from the following sources: Sketches, blueprints, DXF, DWG, or IGES files.

Advantages of Water Jet

1. Waterjet cutting requires little or no tooling depending on your needs
2. Waterjet cutting provides a better yield than most other operations due to the narrow cutting stream and nesting capabilities
3. Waterjet cutting will not harm heat sensitive or tempered materials
4. Our machines can maintain a tolerance of plus or minus 10 thousandths of an inch.
5. We are able to cut most materials from .003" to 5" in thickness.

Overall abrasive waterjet cutting provides a versatile cost effective means to produce both prototype and large quantity orders.
